COLD STEEL, Fixed Knife, Kitchen Series, 45KL5S
The Kitchen Series is available in 5" (K5) and 7" (K7) lengths and
both are without doubt the sharpest kitchen/utility knives you have
ever experienced! Incredibly tough, premium high-carbon stainless
steel is found in Tantos, rolled to a thickness of 1.5 mm. The
traditional "Hocho" style blades are 1 1/2" wide, flat ground from top
to bottom and then honed to a superb serrated edge. The Kitchen Series
feature durable Kraton handles and come complete with rugged
polypropylene sleeves.
